Adventurers About The ClubCanberra Adventurer Club is part of a worldwide program organised, directed and operated, by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Any Canberra young person six to nine years of age, who promises to abide by the Adventurer 'Pledge and Law', can join Canberra Adventurer Club. Adventurers offers a wide range of learning experiences to shape positive values and enable young people to reach their full potential. The program includes both indoor and outdoor/nature activites which create self-confidence and an appreciation of God's creation. The Adventurer club consists of four achievement classes, with given names. Each class has been developed with a specific age-group in mind.
Within each class, various skills are taught, and at the successful achievement of each new skill, the Adventurer receives an award badge to proudly show on their uniform. Just some of the awards offered in each class are shown below:
